Is there a doctor on call?
Dr. Richman always arranges with one or two colleagues to be on call when he is unavailable. His staff is also available for simplerecementaion of temporary crowns.
What is the appointment policy?
We set aside time for each individual patient. We therefore ask our patients to respect their appointment times. 24-48 hour notice is appreciated if you are unable to honor your commitment. Our practice understands your valuable time and attempts to complete your dental care in a timely fashion.
What are the methods of payment accepted?
We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We also offer 3rd party financing thru Care Credit(GE money)and Dental Fee Plan.
What are your office hours?
We see patients between 9:00 and 5:00, Monday through Friday. In respect of our employees and families, we do not see patients on weekends and evenings.
Which types of insurance do we accept?
We accept all traditional dental insurance and several PPO plans. Cosmetic Dentistry is not covered under most insurance plans. As a service to our patients,we do file one insurance policy perperson and ask that the patient pay their estimated co-pay at time of service.
Do you have a payment plan for large treatments?
Yes, we do havealternate methods of payment called Care Credit or Dental Fee Plan(GE money). These plans offer low monthly payments along with interest free or low interest plans. Dr. Richman can tailor your treatment sequence into phases. This will allow for more affordable approaches to reaching your cosmetic dental goals.
